A group of mafioso Snakemen is seen shaking down a tavern owner demanding he pays a sales tax that was implemented in the Mt. Foog region by a recently established Snakeman empire run by Mr. Dent Brovani.
This means anyone selling any type of goods would have to raise their prices significantly.
This taxation threatening his ale empire, Rumfus sets out to the Kraak Plains to hopefully remedy the situation.
