“Of course, we’re best friends,” Lennon said.

“Yeah we’re best friends all right,” Jake said nervously. Lennon wasn’t understanding what Jake was saying at the moment, but that was okay. Jake didn’t have the courage to elaborate. So he left it at that.

“Let’s go play some video games!” James exclaimed, trying not to show any disappointment.

“Are you ready to lose… again!?” Lennon said laughing.

“Oomph,” Lennon had fallen off the bed, “Dude, help me up!”

“No, you deserve that. I’m going to beat you this time. There is no way you're winning!” James exclaimed, his momentary bit of sadness had gone as fast as it had appeared.

“Yeah right, as if you can beat me!” Lennon exclaimed.
