"Do You remember our wedding?" I asked as I sat with my book on the balcony Dan sat having a cigarette in the other chair he stopped and turned to me with a sweet smile
"Awww, Of course, I do." He smiled "It was nice"
"It was raining"
"It was," he smiled widely "Do you remember what he said to us?"
"You kids will regret it in six months... but good luck" I laughed making him laugh too
"I feel bad about that day"
"why?"
"I couldn't give you the weddin' you wanted..." He sighed "No church, No family, no beautiful white dress... On some level, I hate myself for never givin' you the weddin' you deserved"
"I didn't care," I smiled "No white dress, my family had cut us off, nothing was how I imagined the day I got married... but I wouldn't have changed it"
"Neither would I" He smiled kissing my hand "Would you have still married me... if you weren't pregnant?"
"I would" I nodded "Would you have married me If I hadn't got pregnant?"
"I would have asked you to marry me the day you turned eighteen, even if you weren't pregnant Lisa" he smiled
