Jericho drew back his pheromones but the damage was done. I was already unable to keep my natural instincts from taking over. The strong urge to submit and be embraced by an Alpha was not easy to resist.

"I'm sorry," Jericho said and moved towards me

I glared at him, run out of the classroom and into the nearest washroom I could find. I drenched my face in cold water pulled myself together. It scared me how weak and desperate I got just by being around an Alphas pheromones.

When I had finally cooled off, I went back to my dorm where I found Kira and Jada waiting for me.

"I feel sick," I said as I threw myself onto my bed

"This isn't the time to be sick darling," Jada said as he stood up from his chair and sat by my side "There's a Freshers party tonight and everyone's going. Including us"

"I don't want to go, there's probably going to be alphas. It's not safe" My friends knew I had a strict rule when it came to parties. I only went to parties with omegas or betas only.

"Don't be like that, there's nothing to be afraid of. I and Kira will stay by your side all night."

I took my time to organize my thoughts as Kira and Jada gave me a million reasons as to why I needed to attend the Freshers Party but only one reason stood out.

"Look I know you're afraid of the alphas at the fresher's party." Jada said as he opened my closet and took out some fresh clothes "But you need to spend time with Alphas, the more your you expose yourself to there scents the easier it will be for you to be around them."

Jada was right. If I had experience being around Alpha pheromones, Jericho's scent would not have turned me on so easily.

"Let's do it" I jumped out of bed excitedly and the three of us hugged each other tightly

"This is going to be so much fun," Kira said
