"Everything is possible if you believe!"

"What you think is impossible to change, is possible to change!"

If it is possible, then how can I do it? 

"You are already doing it by doing what you are doing right now!"

"You just need to open up! There must be more that you are not open about yet!"

But there is nothing else to say, you only made me uncomfortable with opening up in the first place.

Such conversations always sickened me

I "reach out", I put effort and spend time on opening-up

I tell, and nothing happens, I answer whatever question they throw at me, and nothing happens

I do everything they tell me and for what? Nothing!

Only disappointment and the clarification that there isn't really anything helpful to me out there

In the end, the only thing that helps eventually is time

So what was the point of doing this in the first place?

What did I conclude from such experiences? 

Life isn't always fair, just suffer quietly and deal with it

But God how I do wish for something to change for the better
