Matay is trying to figure out where her and Buna originally came from in there time period. So far she's narrowed it down to Europe but still can't figure out the country. Buna isn't as clear on the concept of living on a planet.

More like she can't put together that the globe they're looking at is just a model of the real thing. She has more trouble putting two and two together than Matay does.
