17. In the majestic woods he was before, Night with his black tiger Maris, are once again fighting with Adens, who sometimes can come up from the ground even. After the vicious slashing and cutting of the hideous heart-shaped head creatures, Night and Maris go to the Sirenous Waterfall to wash up, as is the usual after a fight.

After, Night and Maris walk from amidst the Sirenous Waterfall together in the brink of the midnight, making his way back to his dark realm. 

Night suddenly kneels down saying to Maris, "Hey, so we've done a lot of fighting tonight, let's take a break on these logs, the view is just so beautiful of the Sirenous Waterfall isn't it," he looks out proudly, "you know, they call it so because the waters have the sound of a soft, whispery voice, pretty cute, huh, the sound reminds me of Evening's voice, so sweet and calm." 

Night looks down, looking to himself saying, "I have got to tell her...That, no, we can't right now, too much going on..." 

Maris walks around Night, then lays beside him, with his tail swinging back and forth. Night begins petting Maris, saying again, "You are very useful, but what you do lack is help with relationship growth, haha." 

Maris looks up at Night with tired eyes, then Night starts saying, "Right, I'm sorry, and I'm just playing, get a grip okay? I have said worse things and you know it. Standing back up, Night points at him, "now get some sleep so I can go back to my realm." 

Night sits back down as well, singing off until he stops, eventually dozing off as well, and then he falls asleep.

"Too pathetic, couldn't you just make it to your realm? It's not that far off..." 

"Huh, who's there?"  

Night slowly  rubs his eyes and looks up seeing Twilight standing before him, with his arms crossed wearing his peace outfit, having his bow and arrow with him, looking stoic and stern as usual. 

"What do you want?" Night says this with attitude.

"What do I want, you say?" Twilight smugly smirks at Night saying, "I need something that Afternoon has..." 

"Something specific?" 

"Yeah, you could say." 

Night smirks, "something about Dawn..."

Takashi just stares at him, one that Night knows well enough for him to speak no further on that.

Night clears his throat, "what makes me the one to break into someones realm?" 

"Did I say that?"

Night nods with an obvious face on, "I know that look, and you never talk with me, so...I'm guessing you need something else for Dawn or whatever the hell is going on with you guys?"

Takashi uncrosses his arms, "well, you're the Night Prince, the one who is the biggest night owl and night gock (bird like creatures that lurk through the nights) that I know of."

"Comparing me to animals," Night tilts his head, "how cruel?"

"Newen..."

"I'm listening..."

"Look it is only right for you to do it." Suddenly Takashi starts smirking, "plus, I've heard Evening call you her favorite little night owl." 

"She has!? I mean, that makes sense." 

Twilight starts walking back and forth saying, "Our realms are close, but It's obvious that she likes you too." 

"Really? That's..."

Twilight cuts him off saying, "But..." Pointing his finger at him, then letting it down, "she likes Afternoon too, it's very clear on how they act when they're together, I see it all the time, she's very flirty, so I would be careful with her." 

"Night looks sternly at Twilight saying, "I never really liked Anun anyways, too goody two shoes for me, and why are you giving me relationship advice, you don't even know how you feel about Dawn still?-" 

"Aye," with an angry like tone Takashi points back at Night, "what's happening with Dawn and I has nothing to do with this, I'm just letting you know."

Night puts his hands up, "alright alright, but like..." He steps towards Takashi, "I'm way more handsome..."

"Yeah yeah."

"Is that a yes?" 

"More like whatever...Now come on, it'll be worth it, especially since you don't like him, Mr Night Prince."

"I-I'll do, but like," Night walks around, "what do I get out of this, actually, what am I getting?" 

"Special Kirin, I went to Lady Maldu today and as I was coming up to her home she was talking to Midnight about some special kirin in a golden bowl, and that she left it with Afternoon, something to do with Daylight actually."

Night walks up to him saying, "And how am I supposed to get it, neither alone find it? He must be asleep." 

"Our spirits disappear when we sleep, so they aren't there, just quietly search around and keep it low, our realms aren't that big at all, at least mine isn't." 

"You don't deserve a big realm for such a small time, haha, the bigger our realms the bigger our times, and you call me pathetic, haha." 

Twilight quickly grabs Night's arms with a strong grip, saying, "Do what I asked you to do, you will get not just gold, but more information about Evening, get me the special kirin." 

Then he pushes him away, putting his mask back on. 

"Ow, what do you want so bad with this special kirin anyways?" 

"Just get it..." 

"But..." 

Twilight gives Night ten pieces of gold, then says, "Go get it, then I will tell you." 

Night instantly counts the gold, then he looks up quite pleased with it before saying, "and what will you do? While I'm on this quest?" 

Twilight smirks at him again, saying, "something important of my own needs, they have nothing to do with you." 

Night throws his dark hood on, grabbing on to Maris, then he looks back at Twilight saying, "You better not be using me, now matter how stupid you think I am." Then he leaves with Maris. 

Twilight, on the other hand stands back saying, "I have something really special to show you, Dawn..."
