It had been a week since the incident, Liam has been avoiding Eric not even looking him in the eyes, his heat was over for that month so he didn't need Eric anymore, As for the project Liam ended up getting a different partner, His new partner was an Alpha with Blond hair and blue eyes who was really kind to Liam his name was James Yeatman. The sight of another alpha with Liam made Eric angry very angry...he had tried to apologize for what he said and either was hit or ignored which made him sad and annoyed knowing he made a mistake saying what he said.

~Present Day History Class~

Liam wasn't paying attention to the teacher's lecture as he sighed tapping his pen looking out the window thinking about what Eric had said. Eric sat on the other side of the class in the back on the other side of the room watching Liam and occasionally tried to throw him notes only to be yelled at by the teacher. Once the bell rang with class ending Liam waited for the class to clear out as he walked over to the teacher getting a little help with the homework, he had noticed that Eric had left as well which made him glad knowing he wouldn't be stopped by the male, though Eric didn't leave he was waiting outside of the class for Liam. After a few minutes Liam walked out of the classroom, Eric quickly grabbed him pinning him against the wall "you can't keep avoiding me" he said in an annoyed tone. Liam yelped when pinned on the wall as he looked up at the alpha who had one hand covering his testicles from any attack "I'm a slut remember so I'll keep avoiding you," Liam said shoving past and started walking away. Suddenly his wrist was grabbed by Eric who had a strong grip on him as Liam frantically hit Eric's hand "Let go your acting crazy," he shouted as Eric shook his head "just listen to me I'm sorry Liam I didn't mean what I said...i-i was just angry" he said in a soft tone as Liam shook his head trying to pull away "I don't care if you were angry and you clearly meant it" he shouted. Now Eric was getting pissed off with Liam's loudness as his grip tightened and started giving off an angry scent "your gonna hear me out no matter what" Eric grumbled. Suddenly Eric's wrist was grabbed with a tighter grip causing him to let go of Liam. "Knock it off, I didn't think you were the type to assault Omegas" It was the alpha Liam had been getting close with...it was James. Liam rubbed his wrist as he felt stuck...Liam had never felt this type of fear since he was a kid, Eric looked at James and grabbed his collar and growled "I wasn't assaulting him we were having a conversation" he said in a grunt as he held James on his tippy toes trying to control his anger, James chuckled at what Eric said and spoke, "Sure you were just talking...that's what they all say". Liam hid behind James not sure what he was supposed to say but knew he didn't want them to fight as he stepped in between them using all his strength to push them apart "please don't fight" he said as tears filled his eyes. Both the Alphas let go and looked at the now sobbing omega as James spoke "I'm sorry Liam I shouldn't have done that...will you forgive me" he asked squatting down and whipped Liam's tear as Eric was still shocked by the crying and knew he should say something as well "I'm sorry Liam...I just wanna talk" he said listening to Liam sob as both the Alphas tried to comfort him which soon turned into arguing between them. Liam was tired of the arguing as he shouted "Both of you j-just shut up!" both the alphas looked at Liam shocked and watched him run away as they just stood there frozen.
