Never thought that the time had come so soon... It’s such a shame, CJ thought. He could use Yuri’s company a little longer though. But with the knife he holds in his hands and the wire Yuri is gripping in his, right now, he has no time to lose.

Yuri teases CJ a couple of time before he made the first move. He has this playful grin on his face coupled with a dangerous look in his eyes. Like he’s having fun… being a killer. CJ, on the other hand, didn’t bother to care himself with the teasing. He is not intimidated at all by Yuri. He just has this sick smile plastered on his face with his eyes narrowed like he’s watching a lover, full of lust, but with a wicked scheme.

He grabs Yuri’s wrist strongly, hurting Yuri in the process, avoiding the hit Yuri tried to give him. He then grins widely at the small boy as he pulls him closer to his own chest, and holds Yuri’s waist with his other hand, the one with the knife, and Yuri has his other hand immediately laid on CJ’s shoulder, the one with the wire.

That pose they’re in… it’s like they’re dancing. Waltzing… Their eyes are locked into each other’s. CJ is still wearing that ‘wicked-scheme’ grin. Yuri only looks back at him quizzically before he puts on a doll-like sweet smile to him. And that’s when it hits CJ that, he’s caught. Caught in the trick Yuri planned for him.

And it’s too late. The wire is now wrapped around CJ’s neck. He can hear that roar of sweet laughter coming out from Yuri’s mouth as he pulls the wire tighter around his neck to further strangle him. Yuri loves CJ’s neck. So perfect and with the wire around it, made it looks even more perfect. His eyes are full of evil glint. CJ can’t help but feel enchanted by those evil doll-like blue eyes. If this is how he’ll die, he thinks that it’ll be such a beautiful death. But no. He will not die today.

He plunges the knife straight into Yuri’s left shoulder. His blood splattered on CJ’s face. Oh! The sweetest taste ever to him! Yuri doesn’t seem to be bothered being stabbed but his grip has weakened. His eyes are still full of that particular evil glint. Cute… CJ thought. And he breaks himself free from the wire around his neck. He pushes Yuri down to his bed, looking down on him, imagining of ways to tear him to pieces.

Yuri looks back at him. A dare… Yes. He is indeed daring CJ to kill him. He wouldn’t feel bad dying in the hands of someone such as CJ. It’ll be worth it. And he laughs… as if all of these are just games to him. As if he is enjoying himself. Is he enjoying himself? CJ wonders. No fear is written on Yuri’s face. It’s becoming pale with his loss of blood. Without fear, it’s a turn-off for CJ to further hurt Yuri. So he just looks down on the cute boy.

Yuri whimpers, closing his eyes, no longer caring of what CJ will do to him. The pain on his left shoulder is now taking a toll on him. CJ only looks down on Yuri, knowing that he no longer need to hurt the boy. He could… But he doesn’t want to. Because Yuri will die anyway… of blood loss. The more he looks down on him, the more he is feeling something in him.

Fear… And it got his eyes widen in surprised. What if Yuri will close his eyes forever? And he will no longer be able to look into those beautiful blue eyes. Should I claw his eyes out and keep them now? He thought. Then he thought of what if he could no longer hear his laughter. Should I cut his tongue out then? He gave himself another thought. And another thought hits him; fear…I feel fear? This is new. He never ‘feel’ as much before. Especially not fear. ‘Fear’ is supposedly to be the strongest emotions. ‘Fear’ controls everything. ‘Fear’ makes you… human.

He notices that Yuri is getting weaker. And he can no longer control it. The fear… So he calls out to him. “Yuri,” he called. “Are you dying?” He asked.

Yuri lets out a soft chuckle. “Obviously,” he answered.

CJ thought of the answer Yuri gave him for a while before he realizes something that he wants. “Don’t die,” he said to Yuri. More like he’s pleading him to not go. It’s silly to say it at the wrong time and place but he just said it without thinking. He was following his heart this time. Not his head. He is having a desire. Companionship. A sense of belonging. The more Yuri is slipping away from him, the more he’s losing that sense.

Yuri now opens his eyes in surprise to what he had heard. He then forms a smile to CJ. It was not the normal playful smile. It was an honestly saying ‘I’m amused’ kind of smile. “Then save me,” he asked. It was like a seduction. That sultry voice. And CJ is swept away.

“Oh~ho~… This is a first, CJ,” the Chief teased CJ. He feels amused at CJ’s will to save Yuri. CJ is now looking down on Yuri who is sleeping soundly on his bed with his shoulder already treated and bandaged.

“Shut up, AC!” CJ yelled at him, a little annoyed. He wasn’t even sure what he is more annoyed of. The fact that he saves someone or the fact that AC is on his ass. Nonetheless, the annoyance only made the Chief laughs back at him in reply.

“The great and mighty Pittsburgh Slitter~… is compassionate after all,” the Chief teased again and he adds that up with another laughter.

CJ looks back at the Chief with his teeth gritted and his eyes narrowed in annoyance. “I swear if it wasn’t because you are my childhood friend, I had ripped you into pieces, AC! Now take back your wire and knife out of my fucking cell before I start to disregard that fact!” He spat.

The Chief fakes a pout like he’s sulking, still teasing CJ. “I only did you people a favor by providing these things for you. I was expecting things to be messier this time though…,” the Chief admitted. “This is the same knife you used to slit all your cellmates’ throats, CJ,” he said while holding the knife up by the little of the edge, like holding a dirty infected thing. CJ rolls his eyes at him and completely ignores the shit out of his annoying old friend. Noticing the ignorance, the Chief gives up on teasing him further. “Oh well,” he said. “I’ll leave you two lovebirds to fuck now,” he closes the door of the cell, laughing a little, and walks away.

Fuck? CJ thought of the idea as he looks down on the cute boy on his bed. He gets it now. That thing he was feeling before. A feeling of wanting to tear Yuri to pieces yet, didn’t want him to die. A smile forms on his face. He has another wicked scheme now…
