Rubia looked at her suspiciously; she had known everyone in their small village. This girl she had never seen before. "Where... are you... from?" She asked instead of introducing herself.
Sora was taken aback. "Oh, I'm sorry. I arrived last night from Winnowood with my uncle. We were staying at our relative’s house when the village was attacked."
"Who are your rela..." Rubia started, but Arden hushed her.
"Enough of that, Rubia." He almost yelled. "She's alone and terrified. Leave her be. Sora, I apologize... but we need to be on guard, after all this."
"He's right, you know," Hari whispered to his cousin.
"Shut it, Hari!" She hissed back as she glared at Sora who was smiling at Arden.
