"What You See Is What You Get" is a rule common in wargames, but Infinity is actually pretty proxy friendly. So a lot of PanO players are more than happy to use their starter set ORC Troop as a Swiss Guard, an extremely powerful PanO HI. Although since then Swiss Guard got a redesign and looks a bit more distinct from ORC, while ORC received a few buffs.
