PanOceania, being a hi-tech faction, has a ton of MSV2 troopers, like the Svalarheima Nisse. MSV2 allows the unit to ignore Smoke, giving player an option of making a smoke screen and then safely shooting from behind it. But PanOceania has no actual unit with Smoke grenades, meaning they have no access to that combo. Unlike Yu Jing and Nomads, who love to abuse it.
Hsien Warrior is of course most likely Chinese and Intruder African or Latino, hence the racial comment.
