Securitate used to be one of the worst units in the game, but it had no modern sculpts and only two old ones, so people tended to forget it exists.
Now that Tunguska sectorial is a thing this strip is horribly outdated. Modern Securitate look super snazzy and are some of the best line troops in the game.
The comment to Grenzer alludes to Grenzer replacing Securitate in the Nomads starter.
