ORC is short for "Omnia Research Corp", but according to the fluff ORCs deployed in jungle terrain have had their armour tinted green and decided to paint orc faces as a play on the acronym.
All the ORCs in the catalogue used to be in the default grey or blue, but now Varuna starter has a painted up ORC.
ORCs, being a very "dull" and straightforward unit made for shooting big guns are a bit at odds to the more clandestine action oriented Shock Army of Acontecimento. In other words, they don't care for all dat sneaky-like muckin' about.
