The unlucky Nisse returns! He's always getting awful rolls in my games, hence his bad luck in those strips.
PanOceania has very low WIP across the board, and WIP is used, among other things, for healing your troops. A botched healing roll means the patient dies. Trauma-Docs are rather infamous for that.
Thankfully the Cube technology allows people to be resurrected later. Unless the unit declines Cubes, like the mentioned Teutonic Knight. I thought about making a strip about Teutons, but they are so bad it's not even funny. ORC is no longer the most useless PanO HI.
