A personal work about my struggles with anxiety. I did this as an art project while I was at governor's school this summer. I was so surprised by everyone's reactions to my book and was told many times by others how they understood and felt the same way as I did. I want to share this story with you guys to let you know that if you also struggle with anxiety, know that at least you are not alone, and that we can get through this together.
