Nubia is the eldest daughter of a king of a remote group of islands. Even though she is smart and loved by her family, Nubia firmly believes she is not as beautiful or skillful as her siblings. For the sake of her little sister, Nubia decides to get married to a famous prince from a neighboring country chosen by her father. On that same night, however, a huge storm comes and a strange man with fox ears is washed ashore her island.
