I watched the show Vikings and in one of the episodes I remember Ragnar telling his kids to not give the pig a name so they don't get attached. I find it very true that once you give a name to anything you are suddenly attached to it. While Hel isn't an animal…. this is just a hint at the kind of childhood she's going to have.
