After breakfast; Lilliana had packed her sandwich with the hash brown (a treat from the sprite) into her bag and had gotten a brownish bottle that almost resembles a thermos but completely disposable filled to the brim with a different drink and goes to class. The sandwich and hash brown was already wrapped and just needed to be packed. To which she had. Her peers and seniors are quite surprised that she could eat so much...as well as the hybrid, they see that she doesn't like talking that much and that her voice is becoming less hoarse although it is quite clear that she has a conversation limit and going into conversations out of the blue will quickly dwindle chances to talk to her without her voice shutting down completely. But do the upperclassmen care? Nope! They'll try their damnedest to get her to speak with them for laughs only to be met with stony silence and a growl from her hybrid, the hybrid is known to be her voice when she herself has lost (recovering) hers.
The main reason that she spoke at all during breakfast is because Nierion had been stuffing his face with his morning meal.
The girl goes to the one of the grand lecture hall like classroom, the door is open but she knows that at least one of the teachers loves hazing first years and is a serial prankster amongst the students...and not the good kind of pranks either, the humiliation kind that is funny to everyone else (or just to the teacher) but the victim; some incidents involve serious injuries from his 'pranks' and he may admit the deeds, it was 'just a joke', none of the administration could do anything about it as he's the only one that can fill the curriculum criteria and do it effectively, so he gets away with it all the time, the worst he gets is a slap on the wrist or a stern talking to; no real punishment really. That is unless a student takes it into their own hands; as long as they don't get caught as retaliating against a teacher is a serious infraction. She stopped directly in front of the door and put her hand upon it, "reveal intentions..." she whispers quietly as her eyes become stark white with matching markings around them that can easily be mistaken for sunglasses, she sees that a cruel prank was put in place...for her it seems as it's only supposed to affect those of The Eden House. There's only one student in the entire school that hails from there.
Her.
This is targeted just for her.
Is she gonna have any of this?
Oh hell no.
Her teeth grinds against each other as she swallows her rising anger. She whispers and hisses something that can't be translated; a dark pink and pastel blue aura wraps over the door and begins billowing into the classroom, as soon as that trap for her is triggered, the teacher is in for one nasty surprise. She's gonna let him have his fun but her retaliation is gonna be fast and brutal. She won't show her anger nor any sort of reaction.
After all.
It's NEVER a good idea to give bullies a reaction of any kind. Especially when they come from a place of power.
A better idea?
Give them a taste of what they serve on the daily.
If they don't like it. Then they shouldn't serve it.
Not like they'll learn.
"Nierion." She orders as the door opens for all of the students go in. Including the Sadieden that she encountered during orientation and Azura Roselight. The hybrid hops onto her shoulders, changing his form incredibly slightly so that it will be easier for the girl to move. The students are floating in the air and in a translucent bubble, waiting for their assigned seats; nothing had activated as each student goes into the classroom; confirming what the redheaded teen had already suspected, Lilliana deliberately waited to be the last in the classroom (as the teacher knew she just waited outside the door and is eagerly waiting for the trap to go off) and walks through the door and steps on a dark gray octopus silhouette that quickly vanished. A trap, Lilliana thought as multiple gray tentacles shot from multiple portals, Nierion pounced, making the same barrier as in The Dining Hall, both wings enlarged to cover the teen's body while the hybrid remained in it's adjusted state on her shoulders, the beautiful Prussian Blue and boysenberry purple shining bright as the barrier takes the harsh punishment of the slapping of the tentacles and powerful sprays of ink that could be akin to that of a fire hose. Only to be met with the hybrid's barrier.
"Professor Milock, I presume." Nierion says smoothly as the tentacles retract back to which they came as the teacher comes out with a large pout on his face.
But if a student or anyone were to pull something against this man, no one will bat an eye.
Especially if they don't outright admit it.
Richard Milock is a portly man, dressed in a navy blue and sea foam green three piece suit with a kraken pendant upon his tie with octopus and crab cufflinks, with other sea creature accessories upon his person. Dirty blonde dreadlocks with ocean blue beads at the end, spear earrings within his ears, ivory tan skin, and brown eyes. "Yes that's me." His voice is mid pitch and is as entitled and arrogant as it can be. He's pouting because his prank had been thwarted, by a only Housed student no less and it's clear on his face. Why does this fucking Chad and Karen demon spawn have to be a teacher? A competent one at that? Did they have a threesome with Hitler while having an affair with the walking orange? Lilliana thought as a bubble forms around the hybrid's barrier. Only once the bubble is fully formed did Nierion drop his barrier and fold his wings. Sitting down but not letting down her guard as she watches her 'teacher'. Sofia can kick his ass without even trying if she's aware of what he's pulled, Lilliana thought inwardly smiling to herself as she imagines her mentor cleaving off a couple of pounds off of him.
"Anything worth sharing?" Nierion asks in her native tongue; to make her more comfortable and he senses a calmness over the intense rage that had been heating her blood.
"Sofia giving this man a weight loss procedure...after she learns of this shit." the girl answers in her mother tongue, a smile might as well be on her face from how she said it, not that any of the other students nor the teacher would know as her face is wearing a tightly fastened poker face. Giving away nothing, not even in her eyes. That takes a certain amount of skill...and practice. The hybrids snorts a laugh seeing why the heat of her rage has cooled instead of increased.
The teacher had intentionally put her in the darkest corner of the classroom in the back of the room. Not that she minds. In fact, she doesn't even mind. She can scheme back there as well as practice certain spells that'll be perfect for this type of teacher. At the very beginning of class right as the bigwigs of the schooling system appear at the door with The Dualist as it's meant to show that all students are welcome. It couldn't have been timed more perfectly.
Daggers appeared, of every color, shade and variant suspended into the air. And fired directly at him. To his credit, he's quite the adversary as he dodged and blocked the daggers, the daggers that hit the board had become something akin to paint, ink and dye; a nightmare upon fine fabrics. Like the suit he's wearing. Bright and vibrant, he's practically dancing around the daggers. Only when he sees his peers and superiors did he make his fatal mistake. He faltered and was had become covered in the nightmare substance as well as a few stab wounds, bleeding from the injuries and the substance goes onto the entirety of his person, including his skin. His screams are something akin to a pig's squealing as he not only has his appearance ruined but is injured as well. In front of all of importance! The Dualist was the first one to immediately begin the roaring laughter. A domino effect was immediately put into action as if shot with a BB gun, the entire classroom and the adults almost collapse from laughing so hard. The only one that isn't laughing is the one that have given him an long overdue taste of his own medicine is smirking, everyone is far too busy laughing to notice that the poker faced girl has a big evil smirk on her face. Her mentor gave an approving nod to her pupil. Her cognac eyes glow for a moment and an orb exploded glitter upon the professor. Another round of loud laughter.
They leave and class continues. Richard, not one to be deterred from doing his duty (surprisingly) continues with the first lesson of the school year. The prankster is analyzing the class for any signs of the culprit of humiliation, only to be found with nothing. As the culprit has returned to being an enigma, poker face back in place. Gone completely unnoticed and without thought. She's dealt with this kind of shit before but now she has the means to get back at this kind of teachers.
And she'll be damned if she doesn't utilize it.
Lilliana takes the notes throughout the class, using a custom pen and Nierion turning his feathers into a quill as she pays attention.
The class that this bastard teaches?
Magic and Understanding From The Depths.
Remember that he's the only one that can fulfill said criteria? Yeah. Let that sink in.
Every student wants to die every time they go to his class.
It's mandatory; no one can escape even if they wanted too. Unless they are from The Depths, that is the only exception, the only means of escaping this teacher.
Lilliana didn't participate, she didn't speak. She did absolutely nothing to gain the attention of the teacher but she did gain the attention of her classmates, a note floats to the girl which was quickly snatched from the air before Richard could see it. Lilliana opens the note,
Written in leafy green ink,
I'm sorry for what happened at orientation. My temper got the better of me. I should've taken your point of view instead of just jumping to conclusion. I hope you can forgive me. If not, take this as a sign of my apology and sincerity.
Sincerely,
Mintia (I'm the one with the green hair, sitting third row window seat)
At the bottom of the note, a small forest green pouch comes from the note and Lilliana stuffs it into her jacket. I remember you Sadieden, the girl thought as she looks at the window seats and sees the girl, she's slightly fidgeting, anxious. She wants forgiveness as she has seen the error that she had made when going against the dark teen. The teen had made a note through a different notepad, a small notebook, meant for messages. It comes with it's own pen, it's incredibly cute.
Written in glittering pink ink. Her handwriting is cursive as default; only three words, 'I forgive you.' She ripped out the piece of paper, folded it into fours and holding the note to the side of her, and flicked it to the side, it vanished and reappeared within her notebook. A smile breaking out onto the nature child's face as she undoubtedly read it as well as a quiet sigh of relief. At the very end of class, when he sat down, his entire backside is covered in slime. The screams of surprise, disgust and absolute fury are absolutely priceless. It'll warm the dark skinned redheaded girl for years to come, he couldn't see the dark malicious smile on her face.
