Hi there! 

It's been...a minute.

I just wanted to let you know that my lil unofficial hiatus is coming to an end. Things got a big crazy with online schoolwork and finals immediately after when I made my last announcement, but I finished up all the work I need to for now.

It was also good to have a break because I've been thinking about where I want to take CGD. I started it with a lot of enthusiasm and posted my first episodes literally the same day I came up with the idea--in hindsight, this is super poor planning!!!! XD  

I didn't have a long-term plan, plot-wise. So I've been mulling that over these last few weeks to get a better grip on what kind of dirt I'm gonna drag Charlie and Max through. 

Also! If anyone remembers, I said pretty early on that I had plans for posting another story in April.

...It's May. lol

I'm definitely not gonna stop posting CGD! (Charlie is my lil spitfire, and I need to keep him around for getting out any dumb jokes) I just really want to concentrate more on this other story, as it's been rolling around in my head for more than a year and has been on paper for months longer than Charlie's. Good news is that I'm pretty far along and just need to do a bit of editing, so it's truly not going to take up much of my time--though I do have to redo the cover since the new book cover update, wooooo. It just means that CGD might be shorter than I had initially planned. Not 'ending in a few episodes' short but probably not going into 2021.

Anyways!! There will probably be a new chapter up this weekend. Once again, thank you all so much for being patient and understanding. I hope to provide a little bit of entertainment through these rough times, and I wish everyone well. <3
