Omphaloskepsis, or navel-gazing, is an actual meditation method used in Hindu yoga for contemplating human nature, or our place in the universe, or how many baby spiders are secretly dwelling in our bellybutton.
But if it turns out that "anal-gazing" is an actual yoga position, then I quit before I even begin.
