Robin shifted uncomfortably, he didn't know why Rose insisted on being so social all the time. If he didn't know his place he probably would have said "i would much rather be in my room, reading my books thank you very much".
But Robin new that he had to hold his tounge, because if he didn't he would probably have gotten kicked out like the last home.
He sighed and turned his attention back to the conversation his mother and his new neighbor were having:
"-yes he does, right Robin?" his caretaker said as she turned to him. He had no idea what he was agreeing to because he was spaced out the intire time they were chatting.
"Oh, yes" he said quickly, he really didn't want to be here and he was ready to bolt out the door the minute they were done talking. He tried to keep his thoughts at bay, but he couldn't stand it any longer.
"May i use your restroom Sarah?" he asked as politely as he could.
"Of course dear, CASEY!" she yelled, Robin flinched as he didn't expect the sudden change of volume from the woman.
There was a loud bang, and a pittering sound, most likely a pair of feet.
A tall, bronze skinned, teenager came quickly down the stairs. He was dressed in a band t-shirt and a pair of sweatpants.
Robin thought this must be the son Sarah was talking about. The teenager, Casey, glanced at Robin. He stared, his mouth open a bit, longer than a normal person would. He shook his head, as if trying to get rid of invasive thoughts.
"Yes mom?" he said to Sarah
Sarah frowned as she surveyed her son's choice of clothes
"Can you show Robin to the bathroom please?" she said with a flat expression.
He nodded
