Robin peered out of his Rose's minivan window at the blooming wildflowers growing on the side of the road. He sighed, this just made him miss his old house even more, he remembered his little garden in the backyard that always flowered in the springtime. When he moved, he asked his next-door neighboor to take care of it.

"Mom?" he said in an exsaperated tone, "How much longer until we get there?" 

Rose scoweled at him through the rearveiw mirror, "30 more minutes, and stop calling me 'mom'" she turned her attention back to the road. 

"Yes ma'am" Robin hadn't relized he said mom, it was a habit he needed to get rid of. He shouldn't mess it up, because he was on thin string here. 

Robin continued staring out the window, and watched the houses and buildings fly by. This was his seventh foster home after all.
