I don't do well in hot weather. If I go from a lower temperature to hotter it affects my asthma. And I get hayfever. I also don't tan well. At a job I left, one summer. It got borderline dangerous for me to go outside to do the bins. I'd do it then have to sit down for a bit. I'm a Hygiene Operative. They had big glass windows all in front of the building and it superheated inside and near outside. It could make you quite ill.
