It's been a rough couple of days with akumas akumatizing people more frequently. All the credit goes to Ladybug and her Lucky Charm and Miraculous Ladybug, we have been spared too many lives than you can imagine. Everyday the akumas are getting stronger and the fear of dying is seeping through.

“Good job M’lady.” Cat Noir says to Ladybug at the end of their battle with Hawkmoths’ most recent akumatized victim. “How is this a good job Chat?” “We de-evilized the akuma.” “We almost died!” Ladybug swallows hard pushing back tears. “We caught the akuma so now Paris is safe until Hawkmoths next attack.” “What if his next attack is too strong for us?” “It's not going to be.” “How do you know?” “I just know Ladybug.” Ladybugs’ earrings and Cat Noirs’ ring blinks which indicates that they are going to be transformed back into Marinette and Adrien. “We have to go Kitty. Bye.” “But Ladyb-” “You know we can't reveal our identities!” “Yeah… Bye Ladybug.” Cat Noir says while trying to pull himself together.

“Tikki, what am I supposed to do?” Marinette allows her ocean of tears to become known. “Being a superhero is too hard Tikki. I don’t think I'm strong enough.” “Marinette you are stronger than any Ladybug I've known. You managed having fifteen Miraculouses on at once! You are incredible Marinette!” Marinette hugs tikki and says goodnight. Tikki does the same. Meanwhile at the Agreste Mansion: “I hope Ladybug is okay.” “I'm pretty sure she's okay Adrian.” Plagg says at the same time as eating canobert. "I hope she is. I need to talk to someone. Maybe Marinette, but as Cat Noir of course! “Plagg claws in!” “But Adrian, I didn’t finish eati-” "Marinette here I come!"

BANG!! Marinette jumps right out of her sleep. “Uh h-h-hello? Is someone there?” Marinette starts to sit up to go check her balcony. Cat Noir opens the door and makes Marinette almost fall off her bed. “CAT NOIR WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!?” Marinette yells. “Wow uh sorry. I didn't mean to scare you. I just wanted to talk to someone…” “You wanted to talk to me?” Cat Noir nods, “Yeah.” “But why?” “You seem like an easy person to talk to.” Marinette climbs her way up to her balcony, “So, what do you want to talk about?” “Well it’s about a girl…” “A girl?” “Yeah. I’m in love with this girl and she doesn’t tust me." I know who you’re talking about Kitty… Marinette thought to herself. “Maybe it’s more difficult than that.” Marinette says with hope that Cat Noir will understand. “She won’t even let me see her real self.”

Marinette starts to shiver as the cold autumn breeze brushes up against her. It’s really cold, I want to go inside but I don't want to just leave him. Should I invite him in? “Hey princess are you cold? You can go inside, it’s probably better if I leave anyways.” Princess? Did he just call me princess? Why? “It’s getting pretty late so I think it’s better if we go to bed. I also have school tomorrow.” Marinette says feeling bad about leaving him. “Yeah you’re right, goodnight princess.” “Goodnight Kitty” Did I just call him Kitty?! I am so stupid. He’s going to figure out I’m Ladybug! “‘Kitty’? That’s what Ladybug calls me? There is no way that you’re Ladybug, right?” Oh no! What did I do?! “I’m not Ladybug! That’s crazy! Good night!” “Good night Mari-” Marinette cuts him off by going back into her room.

What did I do? He’s going to figure out that it’s me, Ladybug! “Who was that?” Tikki says concerned. “Oh, uh um Cat Noir…” “Why was he here!?” “To talk about Ladybug to me. I think I blew it Tikki. I think he knows.” Marinette feels ashamed that she let her secret out. “Knows what Marinette? Know that you’re Ladybug!?” Marinette nods, unable to speak. “How did that happen?” “I called him ‘Kitty’” Tikki is confused about how a nickname can give away someones’ identity, “How does that give away that you’re Ladybug” “Only Ladybug calls him Kitty.”

“Plagg claws in…” Adrian starts to wonder if he has been blind this whole time and Marinette is actually Ladybug, “There is no way that Mari is Ladybug right?” “Definitely! No way!” Plagg is trying to convince Adrian that Marinette isn’t Ladybug. Tikki warned him to never help Adrian figure out who is under the mask. “Then why would she call me Kitty if only Ladybug calls me that?” I would have figured that out by now, that Ladybug is Mari. Right? Yeah, I must be going crazy! “You’re right! There is no way that she is Ladybug.” “Right.” Plagg feels bad for lying to Adrian but there is no way he could tell him. “You need to sleep. You’ve been up late with Marinette.” “Yeah, you’re right. Well goodnight Plagg.” In a whisper Plagg says, “Goodnight Adrian.”
