I think it's interesting how Renyu smells of shiso in the last panel. Other than the fact that the shiso plant matches the colour of his eyes—the second kanji in shiso(紫蘇) is also the stem for the verb 蘇る(to be resurrected). While I don't think Renyu is being resurrected in the same manner that Sui is, he definitely plays a bigger role in Sui's resurrection loop(?) than just being a doting husband. Anyway, the last time Renyu took a bath was in Chapter 5: Silence before meeting the doctor (since his outfit changes). I need whatever Renyu's adding into his bathwater that lets him smell like shiso for hours outdoors.
Looking back at Chapter 3: Nightmare, I wonder if the positions of each line in panel 2 mean anything. If Sui is trapped in a resurrection loop but with a different person being isekai'd into his mind each time, each of those lines could be from one of the previous occupants of his body, while the "No!"s are just them yelling in unison. One of them mentions "Next time, I'll definitely..."—did that iteration of Sui realize that he was in a resurrection loop? Even if he did, it wouldn't have mattered since Leon is occupying Sui this time.
I don't think Sui's dizzy spells are solely because of his harem of hot dudes. It didn't trigger when Renyu walked in on him (although Renyu seemed flustered enough), so why did it trigger when he met Kaien? Could there have been some kind of internal power struggle within the family that would incite Kaien to poison Sui the first time? The doctor in Chapter 5: Silence does mention that there were no signs of a struggle, but that doesn't mean it was a suicide. His head also began to throb in chapter 3 after lamenting the fact that he's been isekai'd into the body of a "suicidal young master". This leads me to believe that Sui wasn't suicidal at all when he drank that poison.
I'll leave my previous comment here as a reply to this one to add some context.
The moment he opens his eyes, Leon felt warm blood dripping from his lips, his feet unsteady as his world blurs into darkness. When he gains back his consciousness, he learns that he has transmigrated into an ancient world, currently residing in the body of a young master named ‘Shuusui’ who took his own life moments before Leon gained ownership of it.
Unsettled by the rumors of his abrupt suicidal tendencies despite his happy marriage, Leon tries his best to avoid trouble. Yet, he is forced into accidents and coincidences that stack up to reveal secrets that may change his longevity in his new life.
