He's scared and I can finally see some reasoning behind his actions. Tarrek is someone I've struggled to understand, as fascinated as I am by his character, I can never tell if he's gonna end up being good or bad, I literally have no idea, he could tip at any point, even though he's consistently chosen to be a dick. And this right here is a really really dick move, but at last he's let show just a little motive for doing so. Fear isn't an excuse but it is a powerful motivator
