Well based on what information I've collected ( could be wrong but who cares) the black haired kid could be different from others as you can see when he touches Jeff's Hand and he had a memory from back then he didn't even remember and while in the memory, what looked like black haired guy, had wings and when he said something like "not this again" ( i think he said that correct me if im wrong so other people know) so in my opinion he could be different than the others
