The angel crossed his arms with a frown, “Ooh I don’t know if I’m allowed to do that.”
“Well I doubt you’re allowed to be down here looking for revenge as an angel.” The young man said. Sadly the angel had to nod. “So what’s your name?”
“Dareka.” He said, watching the other.
“Hmm I’m Konya,” he nodded, adjusting his glasses. “Now what can I do with this…?”
Dareka watched the other, and yelped when he saw Konya twisting it around. “Don’t do that! No!! Stop!” He watched in pain, reaching out to grab his halo as Konya twisted it several times and wrapped it around his left wrist. “Don’t bend my halo!”
“Looks nice,” Konya said, not listening to the crying angel as he inspected his wrist.
Dareka stared in horror at his beautiful brand new halo all mangled into a bracelet around a mortal’s wrist. “You just ruined my halo!”
“So then don’t drop it,” Konya snickered at the other. “Why are you in that white robe, anyway? Don’t you have color up in Heaven?”
“Garden of Eden,” Dareka corrected stubbornly, “And yes.”
“Then change into something that blends in more.”
“Why? No one can see me.”
Konya’s bedroom door opened revealing a young woman with brown hair dressed in a navy dress with a white apron on. “Konya, I said come to breakfast… Oh who’s your friend?”
“This is Dareka.” Konya smiled to her. “I met him while out jogging.”
“Oh, Dareka would you care for anything to eat?” she asked in a nice voice.
The angel blinked and shook his head, “N-no… Thank you though.”
“Well be sure to get Konya to the kitchen soon.” She smiled and left out of the room, closing the door behind her.
“Change into something else,” Konya snapped rudely as he stood up.
Dareka stood up, “I didn’t know.. I mean… I can’t believe she could see me.”
“Just change!”
