Here it is, the first three pages of Melancholy!
Honey was a character I had sketched out in my sketchbooks last year and I eventually developed her to the point I wanted to put her in the lead of a comic. But what kind of comic? I decided to tackle a genre I hadn't really before, and decided to create a romantic themed comic.
I played it safe and labeled these pages NSFW, though there's nothing that you can't see on primetime television here. I kind of wanted to screw with the expectations of the reader, hence how the whole setup in the first two pages turns out to be just a dream. But I should probably just shut up and let it speak for itself.
I will say that first panel was a pain to light and shade. Took longer to shade it than it took to draw the lineart.
