Water Heaven

It's finally raining here after all the weeks of droughts! It pushed me to finally finish this painting - it was inspired by a tv documentary on Iguazu waterfalls. I loved those many rocks covered with vegetation and birds flying around the streams of water! It was also a good opportunity to try new techniques and brushes. Natasha ( http://tapastic.com/series/Tethered-Webcomic ) recently gave me another push to continue painting with her own painting of Iguazu waterfalls (I wonder if the documentary aired in Britain at the same time or if just summer is waterfalls time :D ). But only after it finally rained here was I able to finish it!
