oof. So. y'all know how, historically speaking, slow I am to put out pages. Well, recently, I became an actual real adult by getting myself an actual real adult job. With good pay! and full time! And BENEFITS! It's all very exciting, and very new.
What this means for the comic is that I basically now have about an hour a day to work on it. And at this rate, with the time it takes me to put out a full color, backgrounds and all, page, we're looking at a page a month.
Which is not so gravy. So, I'd like to hear what y'all think about an alternative proposal; novelization.
I do also write, have a whole college minor in it. I can promise proper formatting, grammar, spelling, etc., and a beta-read product. And in written word format, I'd be able to include much more detail than I have time to draw out in comic form. I'll also be able to get this story out into the world significantly faster. Most likely a new chapter chunk a week.
So what would y'all be more interested in? Snail paced at one page a month? Or once a week written chapter updates? Let me know! And thanks, as always, for sticking with this story.
Either way this shakes out, I intend to see this story through. I know where I'm going with this, promise. Just reconsidering my mode of transportation is all.
I can’t speak for everyone else who subscribes to this, but I prefer visuals to back up a story. If you want to novel up, your choice, I just have a prefer for comics.
