Prologue done, now the story can truly begin. In my initial draft of this comic, FIFTEEN WHOLE A** YEARS AGO, this poem was contained on one page, but I never felt settled about the format...I wanted more visuals, but didn't really have the skill to produce what I envisioned. [As though I do now, hahaha!] This is closer, and hopefully far more pleasing than a wall of rhyming text.

When a teenaged boy's wish to be invisible culminates in his untimely death, he finds himself in the world of the not-quite-so-dead. What could possibly be worse than being killed by a rogue bus in broad daylight? Having to battle marauding denizens of the dark whilst being tied by the "Red String of Fate" to a maniac in a top hat.
[Trigger Warning: Blood/gore, mature/suggestive themes. Mental health illnesses, such as anxiety and depression, will be recurring aspects of the narrative. I will do my best to be tasteful and respectful as the story addresses these serious topics.]
