This "university" or whatever it is where Olivia works, on the other hand has a completely different architecture and style, vaguely based on Streamline Styles.
PS: I actually forgot to specify this when I first posted this on here, but Scarabs are the local currency in Phantom Cay. Given that Phantom Cay is somewhere in the Mediterranean (ish, it seems to move around if you don't keep a sharp eye on it) Scarabs are probably equal to the Euro. In real life of course, a Scarab (or ¤) is just a symbol for money when you aren't talking about a specific type of money.
