(STORY) Penny and Judge Visit Uncle Frank

If you were wondering why I hadn't come up with a new comic in a while, THIS IS WHY!
This took quite some time. I'm so used to trying to finish a comic in one sitting of an hour to an hour and a half.
Needless to say, I can't do 19 pages in an hour and a half.
It is my hope to have a big drama-ish story every 20 to 30 comics. Whether or not I can accomplish that remains to be seen. especially since I made tons of mistakes in this. So sorry.
Also, sorry I didn't shade this, I didn't want to take up more time working on this.
