"fat cat riding a military tank made of sushi"

This is by far the weirdest request I've gotten... and I loved it! After reading the instructions: "Draw a fat cat riding a military tank made of sushi then draw five clouds on top of it (one above the other) then draw a fish looking very confused on a corner (doesn't matter which corner) lastly draw the cartoon/anime version of yourself with a speech balloon above that fish. Caption it however you want...." the only caption I could think of was WTF?
