I don’t know how annoying AT&T associates are in your area, but in my part of the world they’re out of control! I had an Emily like the one featured here slip-in during a pizza delivery and utter the award-winning line, “So, you’re getting some ‘za, huh? I just wanted to talk to you about….” Yes, I would love to talk about downgrading my current internet service while I’m balancing a stack of pizzas and a 2-liter! No more than a couple weeks ago, one of these guys must have noticed the No Soliciting sign after he rang the doorbell, at which point he pretended it was just a social visit. I opened the door and asked him what’s up. “Oh, nothing,” he said, awkwardly crossing his arms and leaning against the porch support. “So, uh… what’s up with you?“
