If you have ever worked retail or as a cashier, you understand the agony of having to stand in a single spot for 6-8 or more hours at a time. You're given very little freedom to stray from your post in most cases, and when that happens you grow very stiff and are constantly having to crack your back. The longer you do it, the hard it is. Sometimes you have to go to desperate lengths to find relief.

Agreed. When I worked at retail, I was given on the floor job so there wasn't much body stiffness haha.
