Shelly turns rigid as she hears footsteps above the stairway.
Immediately after a young girl glides down the creaking steps, her long black hair trailing behind her as it hangs in an absurdly tight ponytail that will not let a single hair leave it's place. She places a single sun kissed hand upon the banister and heads straight towards Shelly and Henry. Henry tilts his head finding her pouted lip and wide eyes strangely familiar but no matter how much he wants her to make eye contact with him she doesn't. Instead this girl looks down at the steps as she descends the flight of stairs. It's obvious she isn't going to look up.
"Elina this is-" Before Shelly can finish the girl rushes by making Henry realize she is just being rude, not shy or oblivious.
He watches as she reaches the next level and runs even faster.
"That's her." Shelly sighs. "The weirdest person in this whole madhouse."
Henry slowly leans over the floors balcony looking down to the girl named Elina who appeared strangely familiar to him.
He peers closer surprised she has a small black backpack he hadn't seen when she rushed down. The backpack faded for a strange moment before reappearing with what looked to be a small round head. It clings to her by two thin twisting arms that loosely wraped around her neck. Henry gasps leaning further to try to see just what was possibly on her but before he can it vanishes once again leaving him in utter confusion.
"Come along now." Shelly says already on the top of the staircase.
Henry gulps looking between her and the girl below. What had he just seen.
"Shelly," He asks almost shy. "What else do people say about that girl?"
Shelly perks up and Henry instantly knows it must be because she liked to gossip. A dangerous trait he will have to be weary of if he were to keep his image in tact especially since she is the landlord.
"Well I hear she typically keeps to herself, she constantly wears a choker around her neck and one time she fought against five people and won." Shelly sighs. "Poor girl is a lost cause, I'd steer clear from her if I were you."
Henry shakes his head deciding that Shelly is correct, this girl is strange and if he didn't want any trouble it would be best to steer clear of such a weird person.
