"Since its' sweet aroma gets stronger after rain, some people will give Venusaur water before company comes over to make their apartment smell better. Unfortunately, it is the chemical reaction of purifying the pollutants in the rain that make Venusaur smell so sweet, so clean tap water causes little perfume to made. The only effect is often Venusaur demanding a walk outdoors, interrupting halfway through said company's visit."
