"What do you mean objection? Is there something that displease you?" The Alpha, Alexander, asked with a confused look on his face. Eh, I guess this Alpha was like all the others, not familiar with people rejecting their orders. He must be accustomed to always have his orders obeyed no matter what. What an asshole. I should have known that Alphas were all the same.
"Cooking" I said with a monotone voice as if it was the easiest question in the world. I always had a passion for cooking, but I didn't know why. After all, in my pack, or should I said ex pack, the Alphas and betas forced us, omegas, to do all the work. It was us that cooked, did the laundry, washed the floor and many more. In fact, I was sure that if all the omegas were to run away, the pack would collapse. There would be no food cooked, the floor would get all dirty and everyone would slip and fall, and they would have no more clean clothes. People were such pathetic beings. Completely useless without someone inferior to do all the work for them. They were disgusting.
"If you want then, I will give you one of our kitchens and you can do anything you want. The ingredients will be all given to you for free, so you just need to give me a list with what you want. Also, the food can be for anyone or just you. If you want to give it to others just put them on the table or give it in person." Alexander said with a big smile across his face. He looked like I just gave him the best surprise in the world. Ah, I wanted to knock his smile off so badly. My fingers twitched at the thought and I swiftly put them under the blanket to stop me from achieving this tempting act.
I nodded and turned to continue my reading. I didn't have anything else to say to him so I didn't see why I should continue looking at him. He coughed and walked back to the door, leaving me with the kind doctor. He didn't seem to be angered by my action and even looked a little amused. He had a slight grin and I could see in his eyes that he was internally laughing. Why?
"What?" I asked, slightly curious as to what humored him so much. I didn't think I had said something funny and neither did the Alpha. Did I miss something? I wasn't the smartest person, but I was sure that nothing in our conversation was funny.
"Nothing, it's just that you really look like a cat even if you are a werewolf" He said while finally letting out the laugh I knew he was holding. Did he just say that I looked like a cat? Me? A feline? Well, thank you.
Even if I was a werewolf, I much preferred the felines than the canines. They were so graceful and looked like gods. They walked elegantly while swaying their hips and their tails. They were so fluffy and cute! Ahh, I loved feline so much! If only I had one!
I nodded at him as to express my gratefulness and continued my reading while his laugh turned even more loud.
