She
sat down on the floor and began sorting and serving up some of the food.
Being
the eldest in the group, she naturally took over as its den mother.
There was a
goodly amount of bread, though not fresh, and a lot of butter and cheese, some
smoked ham and spiced sausages.
They also managed to drag out few small casks
of water and red wine.
"Okay, friends, let's eat up." Rubia announced,
"At last!" Hari cried and fell upon the food hungrily, washing each bite down with watered wine.
"Oh, you'll choke yourself," Sora giggled and Arden found his heart beat a little faster at the sound of her silver bell like laughter.
