The day Andros met Jason, they were feeling extra peppy. It was a Wednesday, and Andros was walking to class, when another body ran into him. 

"Sorry, bro," he had said. Andros looked at him.

"Its, it's fine." Andros patted the guy's shoulder. 

"I'm Jason." He held out his hand. Andros took it gingerly. 

"Andros."

"Are you busy?" Jason asked. Andros glanced towards the classroom. 

"Nah."

The two walked around for a bit.

"So, man, gotta job?" Jason asked. Andros nodded. 

"I'm a server at Chick-fil-A."

Jason laughed a bit. "I work for my uncle at the DMV. I clean the place up and fix printers and stuff."

Andros nodded.

"Hope you don't mind me asking, but are you gay?" Jason randomly asked.

Andros smiled. "Nope."

"So, you're a straight white boy."

Andros shook their head. "Nope."

"Bi?"

Andros laughed and shook their head. 

"Cmon, what are you, then?"

"All of the above." Andros looked at Jason's face. "I don't believe in labels."

Jason shrugged. "Then call me a believer. I am a cis gay white male. Labels are my life."

Andros sighed. "What about the entire world out there? You want to confine yourself to a box?" They looked at their shoes. "That's why the only label I give myself us non-binary."

Jason contemplated this.

"'Kay then."
