"What...What just happened?" The young woman was lying on the floor of her small apartment, while trying to comprehend the recent events.
Weird voice out of nowhere, bullets that went right through her, jumping through a wall, it was a lot to process.
Looking to the bottom left there was still the little line 'Collision: Off'
"But I can lie on the floor just fine..." she thought out loud, before reaching for the couch near her. The first time she punched it, the second she reached right through it
"Guess I can decide wether I want to touch or reach through....I wonder what else I can do...?"
'𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵'
There it was. The weird voice once more. The young woman startled and a cold shiver went down her spine. While it was already weird in that back alley, hearing it in her own home...
"Ok but how does it work?" She asked into the void of her home, hoping for the creepy voice to answer, but nothing.
"Do I need cheatcodes? Like in a game?" Still no answer
"Ugh. Alright keep your secrets. Can I at least know who you are?" Nothing.
She decided to give up relying on the weird creepy voice, maybe her idea with the cheatcodes wasn't too bad? "Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, Start!" She shouted out the only cheatcode she knew from memory "Am I immortal now?" She checked the bottom left, but there was still only one line: 'Collision: Off'
"Guess not" she sighed
She sat up, crossed her legs and closed her eyes. Meditation has always helped her to get a clear head, something her mother tought her a long time ago.
But this time, instead of getting a clear head seemingly random letters and numbers rushed through her head "What the..."
But she didn't get to wonder about it too much, as she was disturbed by aggressive knocking on her door "Amicia! Amicia I know you are there! I fucking told you if I don't have my money today you'll pay one way or another! Open up I know you are there! Amicia!!"
"Fuck..." The young woman grabbed the few things most important to her "Here goes nothing" she said as she started running towards the wall.
Just as she phased through, the door flew off its hinges.
The mountain of a man that barged in found nothing but an empty room and a small bloodstain on the floor.
