Just like that two years flew by. Oriana and Eleo with other classmates entered secondary school. This time Oriana determined that Eleo will change his school however his parents especially his mother wanted him to be in the same school as Oriana. Thus again both of them ended up in the same high school at the age of thirteen.

In about seven years' time, Eleo's family and Oriana's family became really close to each other and often spent their summer break together. However, Eleo did not really like this as he always wanted to spend time alone with his family members as they were always busy with their work. They only go for a vacation if Adrian throws a tantrum and wants to spend time together. He will also urge them to invite Oriana's family together.

On the other hand, Mr. and Mrs. Summer always schedule their holiday the same as their beloved daughter so that they can enjoy the trip together as a family. Last summer, Adrian forced Oriana’s family to join the trip and said "The more the merrier" with his puppy eyes which made them unable to avoid his request. At last, both the family ended up traveling together and spent the holiday at the same place.

On last summer break, Mrs. Horus discussed with Mrs. Summer regarding the suitability of the high school for their children and decided to send both their children to the same school. Eleo respects his parents the most, so he agreed to his mother's decision and he also mentioned that after high school he will choose his own path. His mother said, "Let the future take its course".

On the first day of high school, both Oriana and Eleo were again listed in the same classroom. Oriana went to find a place to sit and once she sat she saw Estella sitting beside her. After a while, Eleo entered and asked Estella to move to the next table. The tables were arranged in pairs, so Estella and Eleo sat in the same pair of tables. Their tables were beside Oriana’s and she sat with her new classmates named Lily. Lily joined their school after her dad had a job transfer.

Almost three-quarters of the class was filled with students from Oriana and Eleo's primary school classmates. When Eleo sat in pair with Estella, his classmates started to whisper among themselves.

Suddenly, one of them shouted at Estella, "Hey Estella did you go official with Eleo?".

Estella while smirking, "What do you care? Eleo said he will think about it when we are in high school!".

The whole class went silent and Eleo didn't react to any of this. The same goes for Oriana but a slight sting in her chest was felt but she ignored it. She only wished to be his friend and wanted to be there for him during both his best times and hardship. Even till that moment, she reminded herself that her only goal was to be his friend. Lily nudged her elbow to signal that the teacher was entering the class. The teacher entered the class and they went on with the class as usual.
