Happy S****** prevention month

It's September, which means its S prevention month. This is quite different from what i usually post, however, S is a very serious topic and it makes me sad to see not many people discussing it.
S is a very serious issue that's most commonly found in the LGBT+ community, specifically trans people, Men, refugees, people of color and other groups of people who experience discrimination.
Warning signs include giving things away, isolation, sleeping too much or not at all, feeling like a burden, feeling like you don't have a purpose, and that you'd be better dead.
If you suspect a friend of feeling this way, do some serious research before attempting to help them. If you yourself is struggling, reach out to others, weather its online or irl, please know you're not a burden and that whole heartedly love and support you, if i was there, i would hug you and tell you everything's gonna be okay, please do your best and keep going.
