Hi everyone, Axur here, I'm just curious, has anyone been able to define the year and/or month in which all of this is happening?

Ui nice a riddle! Hm, her drivers-licence starts and expires somewhere in feb 20? (8 years according to wikipedia). She is using an old nokia but others have had smartphone... She is born in 1980 and doesn't look too old. and there is a permit of some sorts. I'd say somewhere between 2010 and 2015?
