I just finished reading all your episodes for Tokyo Star Memories. I have to say you have a very unique and stylistic art style. I'm assuming Tanrooki is some sort of inventor and Carrie is his happy-go-lucky friend? I liked their interaction, and I also liked the inertia dampener invention you included.
I'm a little lost on where you're taking the story though. You haven't exactly introduced the characters yet, and so far the only major event is Tanrooki saving Carrie from that fall. Hoping to have more events happen soon!
Also, you might want to work on the dialogue. The pastel colors you chose for the words are kind of difficult to read on the white speech bubbles. Maybe you can use pastel colored speech bubbles and black words instead to make it easier to read.
