So maybe some of you are surprised?? but our ominous character from the last page is Aceline, the MC! Unlike most of the other women, she dresses in men's cloathing for her line of work ^^ (and to scare away her suitor)

Nice move~ Her disguise kinda reminds me of Lady Ludovica from Tiger, Tiger (a comic where a nerdy noble lady steals her twin's boat & identity to go research sea sponges)
