The blood diamond was created as a prison for a very hazardous demon named Akuma. Before Akuma was captured he was a ruler of an empire in Egypt. The king before him was loved by people throughout his kingdom so they were furious when he was overthrown and killed. A couple of years had passed and they were the worst year in Egypt history. Akuma was hated by everyone but he didn’t care because he was happy in his palace surrounded by servants and food. The domains people were tortured and slaughtered when they started to fight back. A group of people went looking for answers and they found a cave in the vast sandy desert. On the walls of the cave, there was a spell that would lock a person in a diamond all they had to find a diamond and get a drop of blood from the person they wanted to be locked away. also, the weapon they used to get the blood would become tied to the diamond. The group of people decided it was necessary if they wanted their freedom back. There was one problem though Akuma wouldn’t let anyone close enough to get his blood so one of the people in the group devised a plan. The union of people would act as servants to Akuma then stage an accident where one of the servants drops a dagger they had just cleaned and it cut the king’s leg. The plan worked but the person that dropped the dagger was thrown in the dungeon. The week after that they went to the cave to start the ritual. They poured the small drop of blood on the diamond and started chanting. The diamond absorbed the blood and went from a clear color to a very vibrant red in an instant. After that, all they had to do was stab the king in the heart and we would be trapped. after they stabbed Akuma in his sleep they put the diamond in a tomb.

500 years later the tomb was open and the diamond and dagger were exported to King William and he had it cut to be put into his and his soon-to-be wife’s crown as their wedding gift. They did not know the crimson dagger was of any importance so they had it displayed in the throne room on a wall. Later they found that the blood diamond was a prison for the demon and how to free him, but they were missing one crucial piece. They didn’t know they had to kill people with that specific dagger to free the demon and have him grant them 3 wishes for their souls. So they went on a killing spree with no avail. They eventually gave up to them the diamond was useless.

That is when knight Gareth found the real way to free the demon. Gareth grew up without parents and was very poor. He became a knight so he could find out what happened to them. After he heard the story of the blood diamond he tried to grow closer to the king and queen. Eventually, he had become the lead knight. After a month of him having the title of the head knight, he killed the king and queen and took the crowns along with the crimson dagger. All he had to do now was kill 500 other people. One person for each year the demon was left in the prison. No one knew he was the killer so he was able to do this without being detected. First, he started killing peasants that couldn’t fight back but he got bored so he started to go after his colleagues. After only one month he killed 300 people. But that’s when people started to get suspicious so he decided it would be a fun game. He started to leave clues for them to find the first thing was the crowns. He threw them in a river closest to the castle for the guards to find. Next was a note with one of his victim’s bodies. The note read “this is getting old I’m glad my time is almost up “. The note that was left was with his 499th victim. He decided that the last had to be special so he killed the closest person to a family he had. This person was a lifelong friend that trained to be a knight with Gareth. This person’s name was Kay; he was like an older brother to Gareth. Gareth knew he had to be the last one so the next night he went to Kay's room in the north wing of the castle and talked to him for about an hour after they finished talking Gareth pulled out the dagger and stabbed Kay directly in the chest then he pulled out the dagger and walked out the room Kay lied on the floor slowly bleeding to death.
